Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our appointment booking service. By submitting a booking request or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms below.

Who We Are

WafidMedicalCheck.com is a privately operated online appointment facilitation service based in Pakistan. We assist individuals applying for GCC work, employment, or family visas by registering their GAMCA / WAFID medical appointment on the official Gulf Health Council portal and delivering the official token slip via WhatsApp and email.

We operate independently and are not a government body, not an official GAMCA agent, and not affiliated with the WAFID portal, the Gulf Health Council, or any GCC embassy or consulate. We are a private service provider offering administrative assistance for a service fee.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WafidMedicalCheck.com — including submitting a booking form, making a payment, or communicating with us via WhatsApp — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of this website.

By submitting the appointment booking form on this website, you confirm:

✅ You are applying for a GCC visa and meet eligibility requirements

Our Services

WafidMedicalCheck.com provides the following services to GCC visa applicants in Pakistan:

  • WAFID / GAMCA Appointment Registration: We register your medical appointment on the official WAFID portal on your behalf, using the personal and passport details you provide in our booking form.
  • Token Slip Delivery: After successful registration, we send your official GAMCA appointment token slip (PDF) to your WhatsApp number and email address within 30 minutes during working hours.
  • Medical Report Status Guidance: We provide guidance on how to check your GAMCA medical report status on the official WAFID portal.
  • Medical Center Information: We maintain a directory of officially approved WAFID / GAMCA medical centers across Pakistan for informational purposes.
  • General GAMCA Guidance: We offer general information about the GAMCA process, required documents, and GCC visa medical requirements.
⚠️ What We Do NOT Provide: We do not conduct medical examinations, issue medical fitness certificates, process visa applications, guarantee visa approval, or represent any GCC government authority. The actual medical examination takes place at the GAMCA-approved center assigned on your token slip.

Fees & Payment

Our service fee covers WAFID portal registration and official token slip delivery. All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

Payment is accepted via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan Bank), or cash deposit at any bank branch. Payment details are shared via WhatsApp after we review your booking submission. Do not send payment until we confirm receipt of your form and provide account details.

Important: Our service fee of Rs. 4,000 is our facilitation charge only. The GAMCA medical examination fee (Rs. 9,000–15,000 depending on city and center) is a completely separate payment made directly to the medical center on the day of your visit.

Refund Policy

We maintain a fair and transparent refund policy. Please read the following carefully before making payment.

  • Full Refund: If we are unable to successfully register your appointment on the official WAFID portal after receiving payment, you are entitled to a full refund of the service fee. This is rare but can occur due to WAFID system downtime or eligibility issues beyond our control.
  • No Refund — Appointment Registered: Once your appointment has been successfully registered on the official WAFID portal and your token slip has been delivered to your WhatsApp and email, the service fee of Rs. 4,000 is non-refundable — regardless of whether you attend the medical examination or not.
  • No Refund — Wrong Information Provided: If your appointment cannot be processed or is rejected due to incorrect information provided in your booking form (wrong passport number, expired passport, wrong nationality, existing valid appointment), no refund will be issued. Please double-check all details before submitting.
  • No Refund — Medical Result: Your GAMCA medical examination result (Fit or Unfit) is determined entirely by the approved medical center and the Gulf Health Council. We have no control over medical results and do not issue refunds based on examination outcomes.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
⚠️ Note on Eligibility: If you submit a booking despite being ineligible (valid appointment already exists, passport validity less than 7 months 21 days, or existing valid medical report), and we are unable to process your registration, a partial refund minus processing charges may apply at our discretion.

User Obligations

By using our service, you agree to the following obligations:

  • Accurate Information: All information submitted in the booking form must be accurate and exactly match your passport. Any discrepancy can result in appointment rejection by the WAFID system.
  • Passport Validity: Your passport must have at least 7 months and 21 days of remaining validity at the time of booking. We are not responsible for bookings rejected due to insufficient passport validity.
  • No Existing Valid Appointment: You must not submit a booking if you already have a valid WAFID appointment (appointments are valid for 21 days from the registration date).
  • No Valid Existing Medical Report: You must not submit a booking if your existing GAMCA medical report is still valid (reports are valid for 90 days from examination date).
  • GCC Destination Only: Our service is exclusively for applicants seeking medical examinations for GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, or Yemen).
  • Lawful Use: You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to circumvent, manipulate, or fraudulently use the WAFID registration system.
  • Communication: You must provide a valid WhatsApp number and email address that you actively monitor, as these are the primary channels for slip delivery and communication.

Medical Results & Outcomes

WafidMedicalCheck.com has no involvement in, control over, or responsibility for your GAMCA medical examination results. The medical examination is conducted entirely by the GAMCA-approved medical center assigned on your token slip, and results are determined by licensed medical professionals and uploaded to the official WAFID system by the Gulf Health Council.

  • A Fit result means you have passed and your result is visible to GCC immigration authorities for 90 days.
  • An Unfit result means a condition was found that disqualifies you. This is not appealable through us — contact the medical center or a licensed medical professional.
  • A Pending / Not Found result means your result has not yet been uploaded. This is normal within the first 2–5 working days after your examination.
  • A Referred / Retest result means additional testing is required. You must return to the same center.

We provide informational guidance on what these statuses mean but cannot alter, appeal, or influence any medical result on your behalf.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Once a WAFID / GAMCA appointment has been successfully registered, cancellation and rescheduling are governed by the official WAFID portal rules, not by WafidMedicalCheck.com. The following applies:

  • Appointment Validity: WAFID appointment slips are valid for 21 days from the registration date. You must visit the assigned medical center within this window.
  • Cancellation via WAFID Portal: If you need to cancel or change your appointment, this must be done through the official WAFID portal directly. We can guide you through the process but cannot cancel appointments on your behalf.
  • City or Country Change: You can only change your destination country or preferred city after your existing appointment slip has expired (21 days). A new booking and new service fee will apply.
  • Missed Appointment: If you miss your appointment date, your slip becomes invalid. You must rebook, and a new service fee applies.
  • No Cancellation Fee from Us: We do not charge a cancellation fee. However, our service fee remains non-refundable once the appointment has been successfully registered.

Privacy & Data Protection

To process your WAFID appointment, we collect and process the following personal information: full name, father's name, passport number, date of birth, passport issue and expiry dates, nationality, CNIC number, WhatsApp number, and email address.

This information is used solely for the purpose of registering your appointment on the official WAFID portal. We handle your data responsibly and in accordance with the following principles:

  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Secure Handling: Your passport details are transmitted only to the official WAFID portal during the registration process.
  • WhatsApp Communication: By providing your WhatsApp number, you consent to receiving your appointment slip, payment instructions, and service communications via WhatsApp.
  • Data Retention: We retain booking records for a reasonable period to handle any disputes or follow-up queries. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at info@wafidmedicalcheck.com.
  • Third-Party Portal: Once your data is entered on the official WAFID portal, it is subject to the privacy policies of the Gulf Health Council and the WAFID system, which are beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Pakistan, WafidMedicalCheck.com and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Any visa rejection or denial by a GCC embassy or immigration authority, regardless of medical result.
  • Any Unfit, Referred, or Absent medical result determined by the GAMCA-approved medical center.
  • Delays in medical result upload by the GAMCA center or the WAFID system.
  • Any loss, expense, or damage resulting from incorrect information provided by the user in the booking form.
  • WAFID portal downtime, technical errors, or system failures that prevent appointment registration, which are beyond our control.
  • Any consequential, indirect, or incidental loss arising from use of our services.
  • Delays in token slip delivery during non-working hours (outside Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm PKT).

Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the service fee paid for that specific booking (Rs. 4,000).

Note: WafidMedicalCheck.com is a facilitation service only. We are not responsible for outcomes determined by the official WAFID system, the Gulf Health Council, GAMCA-approved medical centers, or GCC immigration authorities — all of which operate independently of our service.

Prohibited Use

You agree that you will NOT use WafidMedicalCheck.com or its services to:

  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information in a booking form.
  • Attempt to register a WAFID appointment for another person without their knowledge and explicit consent.
  • Book an appointment when you already have a valid existing appointment or unexpired medical report.
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Pakistani law or GCC regulations.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy content or functionality from this website.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or support team via WhatsApp, phone, or any other channel.
  • Attempt to obtain services without completing payment.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, and block users who violate these prohibitions, without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on WafidMedicalCheck.com — including text, graphics, logos, page designs, center directories, guides, and code — is the property of WafidMedicalCheck.com and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written permission. You may share links to our pages, cite our content with attribution, or print pages for personal reference only.

The WAFID and GAMCA names, logos, and systems are the property of the Gulf Health Council and their respective owners. WafidMedicalCheck.com makes no claim to these marks.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication with us via email or WhatsApp.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan. By using our service, you submit to this jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

WafidMedicalCheck.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using our service immediately.
