Check Your Wafid / GAMCA
Medical Report Online
Find out your GAMCA medical examination result in seconds. Check by passport number or appointment slip number. Results appear on the official WAFID system 2–5 days after your test.
What Do the GAMCA Result Statuses Mean?
After checking online, you will see one of these statuses. Here is exactly what each one means for your GCC visa application.
Step-by-Step: How to Check Your Result
Two methods to check your GAMCA / Wafid medical report online.
Open the Official WAFID Result Portal
Go to wafid.com/medical-status-search/ in your browser. This is the official Gulf Health Council portal where all Pakistani GAMCA examination results are stored. Bookmark this page for future reference.
🌐 wafid.com/medical-status-search/Select “Search by Passport Number”
On the WAFID search page, select the option to search by passport number. This is the most reliable method as it directly links to your biometric record in the Gulf Health Council system.
Enter Your Passport Number Exactly
Type your passport number exactly as it appears on your passport bio-data page — including any letters. Do not add spaces. Pakistani passport numbers are typically 2 letters followed by 7 digits (e.g., AB1234567). Even a single incorrect character will return no result.
✅ Example: AB1234567Select Your GCC Destination Country
Choose the GCC country you were medically tested for (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, or Yemen). This filters results to your specific examination record, as you may have records for multiple countries if you have tested before.
Read Your Result Status
Your result will appear as Fit, Unfit, Pending, Referred, or Absent. See the status explanations above for what each means and what action to take next. If your result shows Fit, your report has been shared with the GCC embassy — no further action needed for the medical portion of your visa.
Locate Your Application / Slip Number
Open the Wafid / GAMCA appointment token slip PDF that was sent to your WhatsApp or email. The application or slip number is printed clearly on the slip — it is a multi-digit number assigned when your appointment was registered in the WAFID system.
📄 Check your WhatsApp / email for the PDFGo to wafid.com/medical-status-search/
Navigate to the official WAFID portal and select the “Search by Application Number” option if available, or try entering the slip number in the passport field. Some WAFID portal versions also accept application numbers directly.
Enter the Application Number
Type the application number exactly as shown on your slip. Application numbers are typically numeric only. If the search by application number does not return a result, switch to Method 1 (passport number search) which is generally more reliable and consistent across all GCC country filters.
View and Understand Your Result
Your result will display the same status codes as the passport search — Fit, Unfit, Pending, Referred, or Absent. If you see no result using the application number, your result may not yet be uploaded. Check back after 3–4 working days from your test date, or contact us on WhatsApp for a direct follow-up.
Troubleshooting — Common Problems & Solutions
Can’t find your result? Here are the most common issues and exactly how to fix them.
Passport Number Not Found
Double-check every character of your passport number. Pakistani passports use letters and numbers — a common mistake is confusing the letter “O” with the digit “0”, or “I” with “1”. Try both variations if your first search returns nothing.
Result Still Pending After 3 Days
Results can take 3–5 working days depending on the center’s workload. If 6 or more working days have passed since your test, contact us on WhatsApp with your passport number and we will follow up with the center directly.
Wrong Country Selected
If you tested for Saudi Arabia but accidentally searched under UAE (or vice versa), no result will appear. Make sure you select the exact GCC country written on your appointment token slip. Your record is linked to the specific country you booked for.
Visited Center but Status Shows “Absent”
This is an administrative error at the center. Go back to the center with your original token slip as proof of attendance and request them to correct the status in the WAFID system. This usually takes 1–2 working days to rectify. Keep your slip safe until your Fit result appears.
Result Shows “Referred” — What Now?
A Referred result means one test result was inconclusive and needs repeating. Call the center directly — they will schedule your retest, usually free of charge. Bring all original documents including your original token slip and passport. Do not panic; a Referred status is not a failed result.
WAFID Website Not Loading
The wafid.com portal sometimes experiences temporary outages. Try again after 30 minutes, or use a different browser or network connection. If the site is consistently unavailable, the Gulf Health Council may be performing maintenance. We can manually check your status if you contact us on WhatsApp.
How to Check Your Wafid / GAMCA Medical Report Online — Complete Guide 2026
After completing your GAMCA medical examination at an approved center in Pakistan, your results are uploaded to the WAFID (Workforce Appointment Facilitator) system, a centralized digital platform operated by the Gulf Health Council (GHC) on behalf of GCC member states. The WAFID system is the only authoritative source for GAMCA medical examination results — any other website or service claiming to show your GAMCA result independently is unreliable.
What is the WAFID System?
WAFID stands for Workforce Appointment Facilitator for Immigration and Deployment. It is a Gulf Health Council initiative that digitizes the pre-employment medical examination process for migrant workers heading to GCC countries. All approved GAMCA medical centers in Pakistan — whether in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, or Chakdara — upload their examination results directly to the WAFID database. When a GCC embassy processes your visa application, they verify your medical clearance by checking the WAFID system under your passport number.
How Long Does It Take for Results to Appear?
The time between your medical examination and result appearing on WAFID varies by city and center:
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: Typically 2–3 working days
- Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Sialkot: Typically 3–4 working days
- Peshawar, Multan: Typically 3–5 working days
- Chakdara (Lower Dir): Up to 4–5 working days due to connectivity
If your result has not appeared after 6 working days, contact us on WhatsApp with your full passport number and the city where you took your test. We will follow up with the center on your behalf at no additional charge.
What Happens After a Fit Result?
Once your result shows Fit on the WAFID system, the Gulf Health Council has shared this clearance with the relevant GCC embassy. You do not need to do anything separately to share your medical clearance — the process is automatic. Your employer or visa sponsor can now proceed with submitting your visa application. Remember that your Fit result is valid for 90 days from the date of examination. If your visa is not processed within this window, you will need to repeat the GAMCA medical examination.
What If My Result Shows Unfit?
An Unfit result is serious but not necessarily permanent. The most common medical reasons for an Unfit decision include active Tuberculosis (TB), Hepatitis B or Hepatitis C surface antigen positivity, HIV, syphilis, and certain other communicable diseases. If you receive an Unfit result, the center is required to provide you with a reason. You should consult a specialist doctor immediately for treatment and a second opinion. In some cases — particularly for conditions like Hepatitis — treatment and a follow-up test after a specified period may result in clearance. Each GCC country has slightly different protocols for re-testing after an Unfit result.
