Wafid / GAMCA Approved Medical Centers in Pakistan — Complete Guide 2026

All medical centers listed on this page are authorized by the Gulf Health Council (GHC) to conduct WAFID/GAMCA medical examinations. You must visit only an approved center — examinations conducted elsewhere are not recognized by GCC embassies.

Frequently Asked Questions — Wafid / GAMCA Medical Centers

Can I visit any clinic or hospital for the Wafid / GAMCA medical test? +
No. The GAMCA/WAFID medical test must be conducted at a Gulf Health Council-approved center only. Tests done at non-approved hospitals or clinics are not recognized by GCC embassies and will not appear in the WAFID system. Always use a center listed on this page or the official WAFID portal.
Do I need an appointment to visit a Wafid / GAMCA medical center? +
Yes. Since April 2018, an official WAFID appointment token slip is mandatory before visiting any Wafid / GAMCA approved center in Pakistan. You will not be admitted without a valid token slip. Book your appointment through WafidMedicalCheck.com and receive your slip within 30 minutes.
Can I choose which Wafid / GAMCA center in my city I want to visit? +
During the WAFID booking process, you select your preferred city. The WAFID system then assigns you to a specific approved center in that city based on availability. While you cannot always choose the exact center yourself, we can note any strong preference in your booking and we will try to accommodate it where possible.
What is the medical test fee at the center? +
The medical test fee paid directly at the Wafid / GAMCA approved center varies by city — typically ranging from Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 15,000. This is separate from our service fee of Rs. 4,000 for appointment booking. Most centers accept cash only, so carry sufficient funds on the day of your visit.
How many Wafid / GAMCA centers are there in Pakistan? +
There are over 40 Wafid / GAMCA approved medical centers currently operational across Pakistan, spread across 8 major cities — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Multan, Gujranwala, and Sialkot — plus several additional cities including Hyderabad, Quetta, Mardan, and others. The number of centers may change as new ones are approved by the Gulf Health Council.
Can I change my Wafid / GAMCA center city after booking? +
No. Once an appointment token slip is issued for a specific city, you cannot change the city until your current slip expires after 21 days. After expiry, you can book a new appointment for a different city. Please select your city carefully during booking.
